We do not offer cash refunds. In the event of a sizing issue or if you receive a damaged product, we provide exchanges or issue a store credit coupon of equal value. This coupon can be used immediately or for future purchases.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, Silver Ring will take responsibility for exchanging the item. To initiate an exchange, the customer must send the return parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service to our address.
Conditions for Exchange

•⁠ ⁠Exchanges are only allowed within Pakistan.
•⁠ ⁠Articles can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
•⁠ ⁠The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and the packaging in its original condition.

Dear Customers! Please record a video while opening the parcel. If there is any damage or missing item, send us the video. We will not accept any claims without a video.
